It is offered by Chaplain Kris Cruz serving North Texas. Content is for personal, church, and ministry use unless we agree otherwise in writing. Using the website does not by itself create a workplace, facility, or paid service contract.

Information on this site is spiritual and pastoral in nature. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, legal advice, or medical care. I provide spiritual and pastoral care grounded in Scripture—not licensed clinical counseling. For urgent needs, contact qualified professionals or emergency services.

Resources explicitly offered as free downloads may be used for personal encouragement and shared in good faith with families, churches, workplaces, and ministry settings. Please do not sell them, remove attribution, or present them as your own work without permission. For other reproduction or redistribution, ask first.

You agree not to misuse this site. That includes, for example:
